1) To keep your feet soft and fresh, wash it using
warm water and dry it. Apply any moisturizer / petroleum jelly and massage for
5 minutes to increase blood circulation. This is a good way to make your feet
feel relaxed. Wear socks and leave it overnight.
2) Every one of us is worried out dry and cracked heels.
The best remedy for this is to scrub your feet using Pumice stones. For at
least 5 minutes, gently scrub your feet using this stone to remove dead cells
near heels, toes and sides of your feet.
3) It is necessary to keep your toes germ-free. Dirt
accumulates on the gaps near your nails and in between toes. You can wash your
legs in warm water, remove dirt and shape your nails regularly. Apply any
moisturizer or lotion and massage for 5 minutes daily.
4) If you regularly use shoes, make sure the socks
and shoes are clean. Unclean shoes will store bacteria. Wearing these shoes all
day will end up in smelly and unhealthy feet.
5) Most of us want fair feet. We have a very easy
home remedy. Soak your feet in warm milk and wash it off with warm water after
20 minutes. You can add rose petals or rose water to milk to make your feet
smell beautiful. The lactic acid in milk helps improve texture of your skin.
